This Ballroom and Latin course is suitable for adults over 18yrs with little or no experience, or those needing to refresh after many years.

Course Description:

Learn the basics of posture, footwork and timing, the essential building blocks for these dance styles. Sessions are light hearted and fun, helping to build your confidence week by week. We will teach one Ballroom and one Latin dance as well as simple sequence dances. Tanya, Bob and Annette look forward to welcoming you.

What to bring:

A smile! Bottle of water, comfortable clothing to allow movement, comfortable shoes.
