Course Description:

Each session will include a dynamic warm up, some stretching, stomach work before we work the rest of the body.
What will you gain from this course:
Improved cardiovascular capacity, body and muscular strength. You’ll not look like a bodybuilder after these sessions, but regular attendance should see you lose weight and improve your muscle definition.
You should check with your doctor before embarking on intense physical activity.
What students need to bring: loose clothing and shoes appropriate for sport and movement; a towel; a drink. Ideally you need a yoga mat for the stretching and stomach work.
Tutor Information:
Lee has been doing sports all his life, including 25 marathons and (so far) 12 100-mile cycle events. As he hates running and cycling in the rain, he does indoor fitness sessions and calisthenics so that training never stops!
