Anyone over 18yrs of age.

Course Description:

These sessions will combine various stretching methodologies to give a deep all-body stretch. By the end of the course, you should feel yourself more flexible, and stronger, and more able to tackle functional, daily movements.


What will you gain from this course:

Flexibility, a stronger core, boosted body confidence.

 

What students need to bring:

Clothes that are designed for movement, a drink, and a yoga mat is highly recommended.

 

Tutor Information:

Lee Shutler. Lee has been engaged in sport and fitness all his life. He learned the hard way that good stretching helps you to look after your body.
