Course Description:

This eight week experiential course invites participants to explore meditation as a tool for emotional regulation, mental clarity, and conscious manifestation. Each session introduces a unique theme and technique, blending guided practice with neuroscience-backed insights. Participants will learn how meditation influences brain function—particularly the amygdala and Reticular Activating System (RAS)—and how to harness this for personal transformation.

 
Why Meditation Works

Amygdala Regulation: Meditation helps reduce activity in the amygdala, the brain’s fear centre, promoting emotional balance and reducing stress responses.
Reticular Activating System (RAS): The RAS filters information based on what we focus on. Meditation trains this system to prioritize empowering beliefs and goals, enhancing manifestation and clarity.
Neuroplasticity: Regular practice rewires neural pathways, improving attention, memory, and emotional resilience.
Processing & Integration: Meditation supports the brain’s default mode network, aiding in reflection, insight, and integration of experiences.
